Terms of use

The use of this website is subject to the terms in our Delivery & pickup, Returns & refunds and Warranty policies, and to the terms below.

These terms and conditions are subject to the Sale of Goods Act, 1962 (Act 137). Where the word "shall" is used, it expresses an obligation. CTGhana may appoint a third party, such as a delivery company or a technician, to carry out any of its obligations on its behalf.

Products

We sell brand new and certified, slightly used laptops, desktops and accessories. Certified, slightly used items are tested and verified by our Tech Team before sale and may show light signs of use.

We describe and photograph every item as accurately as we can. If a detail matters to you, ask us before you buy.

Prices

Prices are in Ghana cedis and include applicable taxes. Delivery, if you choose it, is shown at checkout before you pay.

Promotion prices apply for the stated period or while stocks last.

If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price, we'll contact you before supplying it, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Orders and payment

You can pay online with Mobile Money, card or bank transfer through Paystack, or pay with cash or Mobile Money when you collect from our shop.

You receive an order confirmation by SMS, and by email if you gave one (see clause 1.1). An online order is reserved for you once your payment succeeds. For a pay-on-collection order, we call or message you to confirm and hold the item until the agreed collection day.

We will never ask for your card details or Mobile Money PIN by phone, chat or SMS.

Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel any order before it's collected or sent out. If you've paid, or if we can't supply an item you've paid for, we refund the full amount the way you paid within 7 working days (clause 4.2).

After you've collected or received an item, returns follow clauses 3 and 4 of our Returns & refunds policy.

Delivery and pickup

Delivery prices, times and pickup stations are set out in our Delivery & pickup policy. Please check your item when you receive it. Responsibility for the item passes to you once it's collected or delivered.

Warranty

Warranties are provided by the manufacturers, under the terms in our Warranty policy. Certified, slightly used products can be tested and returned within 21 days from the date of purchase (Returns & refunds, clause 3).

Liability

We're responsible for supplying items as described. We're not responsible for indirect losses such as lost data or business, so please back up your files before any repair or exchange. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Ghanaian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, including the Sale of Goods Act, 1962 (Act 137). If something goes wrong, please contact us first and we'll do our best to put it right.
