3. Returns of Certified, Slightly Used Products

3.1 The Customer may test Certified, Slightly Used products within twenty-one (21) days from the date of purchase.

3.2 A product may be returned within this period if it has a fault not disclosed at the time of sale or does not match its description.

3.3 In such cases, CTGhana will, at its discretion, repair the product, provide a satisfactory explanation, or replace it.

3.4 If CTGhana can neither repair nor replace the product, the Customer will be refunded.

4. Refunds

4.1 Returned products are repaired or replaced as stated in 3.3. They are not refunded, except as stated in 3.4.

4.2 If CTGhana cannot supply a product the Customer has paid for, or the Customer cancels the order before it is collected or dispatched, CTGhana shall refund the full amount to the original payment method within seven (7) working days.

Brand new products

Brand new products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty (see Warranty).

How to return

Message us on WhatsApp (053 726 2660) with your order number and a short video or photo of the problem. We'll tell you whether to bring it to the shop or a pickup station, or arrange collection.
