1. Order processing

1.1 Upon placing an order, the Customer will receive an order confirmation by SMS, and by email if an email address was provided, detailing the purchase. The Customer must review it promptly and notify Computer Traders Ghana Ltd. ("CTGhana") of any discrepancy without delay.

1.2 Orders are ordinarily processed within one (1) to two (2) business days.

2. Delivery

2.1 Pickup and delivery options are offered at checkout. The Customer shall select the option that suits them.

2.2 Delivery charges are calculated by the type of item ordered (laptop, desktop or accessory) and destination, and the total will be displayed at checkout.

Bring a valid ID. You can switch the machine on and test it with our team before you leave.

Parcel stations

In other cities we send your order by parcel to our station there, and you collect it. The parcel fee is the same as delivery to that region and depends on the largest item.

Delivery prices

One delivery fee per order, based on your region and the largest item in it.

Kumasi & Ashanti (same or next day): laptops GH¢ 40 · desktops GH¢ 80 · accessories GH¢ 25

Greater Accra (1 – 2 days): laptops GH¢ 100 · desktops GH¢ 120 · accessories GH¢ 40

All other regions (2 – 3 days): laptops GH¢ 100 · desktops GH¢ 120 · accessories GH¢ 40
