1. A limited period of 30 days for free technical assistance and servicing/repairs (for purchases of all second hand products like laptops, desktops and some accessories)
2. C.T Ghana will replace a parts and repair a fault which may occur within the 30 days period if only the problem is not caused by the customer. After 30 days the customer will bear all repairs and service charges.
3. For accessories like Hard disk drives (HDD), laptop screen, Battery, keyboards etc. We give only 3 days, maximum 7 days. Customers should ensure it’s tested and accepted within the given period because they are fragile .
4. C.T Ghana will issue a refund within 72 hours if customer lost interest when received a product purchased from online website on delivery only. But the item should be in same original state when returning.
1. All warranties are reserved for manufacturers. Customers should ask for warranty terms of the products they are buying before taking.
2. The warranty shall be forfeited if a customer misplace the serial number or label.
3. The warranty shall be forfeited if items are written on or tampered with.
4. C.T ghana will replace or repair the items if a performance failure has occurred within the warranty period depending on the manufacturer terms. Beyond the given period, customers will be responsible for any faults which will occur.
5. A Product will be declared forfeited and out of warranty if goods are mishandled, struck by lightening or power surges.
